PocketApp by Piggyvest is a Mobile Money Wallet licensed by the CBN for Sending, Receiving and Managing Money. All funds are insured by the NDIC.
To set up your PocketApp account, you'll need the following; a working smartphone (Android or iOS), a Nigerian phone number, BVN, Internet connection and a Bank account.
For security reasons, you can't.

This is your shop wallet. You can create an online store to receive, track and manage your business payments with your Business Pocket.

You can send money to any bank in Nigeria or to another Pocket user with their Pocket ID. Click on 'Send Money' from your homepage and follow the prompts.
To increase your transaction limit, you must complete your KYC. Go to 'Settings', click on 'Update KYC Information' and submit the required details.
Yes. Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Generate Account Statement' to get it sent to your email instantly.
Yes. You can get 15% p.a interest paid daily when you send money to a bank account before 6pm every day but you must have this feature turned on first. Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Enable Interest Bonuses'.
Yes. You can only send money to multiple people with their Pocket IDs. Click on 'Send Money' and select the Pocket IDs of the recipients.
You will get assigned virtual account numbers to fund all 3 of your wallets (Personal, Business and Group). Just send money to that account number from a regular bank app and the funds will be reflected in your Pocket. As a business owner, you can give this account number to customers to pay you. You can also have more than one account number.
Pocket to Pocket transfer is the fastest and most reliable way to send and receive money on PocketApp. It takes less than 3 seconds to pay and get paid.
With Groups (Cliques), you can manage your expenses with your friends, family and even staff. You can have as many groups and generate an account number for each which will be used to fund the group account.
You can create a group with as many as 100 people
You must first ensure you're using the same BVN on your PiggyVest and PocketApp accounts. Then go to your Piggyvest and navigate to 'Savings' and click on 'Connect PocketApp' and follow the prompt.
Yes. Simply choose PocketApp as the source of funds when you set up AutoSave.
Yes. Simply withdraw to PocketApp instead of bank and you'll receive your funds instantly. You also get rewarded with PiggyPoints on your first 3 withdrawals.
Yes. Go to 'My Apps' on your PocketApp, select PiggyVest and toggle between the 'Withdraw' and 'Fund' options.

No, you can only link one card to one Pocket.
Yes, you can switch which Pocket to link a card to.
You can freeze your lost card in-app and simply unfreeze it when it's found. You can also decide to unlink and link a new one.
You can change your card PIN in-app. Just go to the Cards section and select 'Change PIN'.
You can pay for Airtime, Internet Data subscriptions, electrical bills and DStv/GOtv subscriptions.
PocketApp is safe and secure, and so are your details. Your data is encrypted and securely stored to PCI-DSS level 1.

This is a one-time password used to complete a few processes on the PocketApp.
For security and safety, your PIN is required for all transfers. Ensure this is a unique pin to just you and do not share this with anyone.
You don't need a password to log in to your PocketApp, we make use of PINs instead. You can change your pin by clicking on your profile > 'Settings' > 'Change pin'. If you forget your PIN and cannot access your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
